Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping

At T.A.Village Goods, every order is handled with care, and many of our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality. This intentional process means some items may require additional preparation time before shipment—but we believe good things take time.

  • Standard shipping time is 5–8 days after your order is processed.

  • We ship via reliable carriers and will provide tracking information once your order is on its way.

  • We currently ship within United States, and are working on expanding access to more locations soon.

At T.A.Village, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help. Please review the following policy carefully.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked “final sale”

  • Personalized or custom-made items


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are completely free — we do not charge any restocking or processing fees.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tavillagegoods.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item in question

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.


One-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. T.A.Village offers a one-year limited warranty on all items against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Damage due to manufacturing flaws, such as hardware failure, structural defects, or faulty materials.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, neglect, or alterations.

  • Real leather naturally features unique marks, variations, and textures—these are not considered manufacturing defects, but are part of its authentic character. Leather also patinas and changes over time, which enhances its individuality; this natural aging process is not a valid reason for return, exchange, or warranty repair. If you prefer your leather to maintain a newer appearance, we recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner with a soft cloth. For products labeled as vegetable-tanned leather, conditioning every 3 to 6 months will help preserve suppleness and reduce signs of aging.

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email hello@tavillagegoods.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.

  2. Our team will review the case.

  3. If the damage is deemed significant and due to manufacturing error, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge.
